Terms & Conditions

Return Policy:

Parts must be in original, saleable condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Buyer must notify Seller within 30 days of ship date, then return the parts within 30 days of receiving a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) from Seller. In order to return the parts, Buyer shall follow the steps below:

First, contact Customer Service within 30 days of ship date of Parts by calling our toll-free number at (800) 328-4270 or by emailing

Second, if the parts are approved for return, Seller will issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is received, the parts must be returned within 30 days. Seller will provide the Buyer with specific instructions on where to ship / return the Parts.

By Buyer returning parts to Seller, Buyer certifies that the parts were purchased from Seller and there has been no substitution of the parts from another supplier, distributor or other source of the parts. The return should be in the original packaging.

A restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from your refund credit on all returned items. Seller will not refund the original shipping charges on the order. Buyer must prepay the return freight charges and Seller will not accept COD shipments.

Typically, refunds for credit take 7-21 business to be processed back onto the original form of payment. In rare cases, it may take up to 30-45 business days depending on your financial institution.

Returning parts without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will not be credited for a return that is not pre-authorized. Damaged parts will be not be accepted. They will be photographed and promptly returned to the Buyer.

Installed, opened, electronic, and gas parts are not returnable. Examples of non-returnable items are control boards, motors, thermostats, gas valves, regulators, manifolds, etc... Many sealed system components such as compressors and heat exchangers are non-returnable. Special order items are not returnable.


Many parts ship directly from the manufacturer and our partnered suppliers. Most in-stock orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. In some cases, it may take 7-14 business for your order to reach you. Longer lead-times may occur for special order or LTL shipments.


Tracking/shipping information is not generated automatically. You will not receive automatically generated tracking information unless the part order ships from our warehouse. To obtain your tracking information, please email us. 


We have no ability to control manufacurer backorder lead-times and ETAs. All ETAs are subject to change without notice. All ETAs provided are estimations and are not guaranteed.  Backordered parts are shipped directly from the manufacturer on a first-come, first serve basis.  As soon as an out-of-stock item becomes available, it will be automatically released and shipped. Payment of the order, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes/processing fees must be received at the placement of buyer’s order.​


Buyer may cancel any order prior to the ship date.  If an order is cancelled, Buyer is subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Credit Card Processing fees:

Buyer will be charged an additional 3.5% credit card processing fee on each transaction. 


We follow all manufacturer guidelines on warranty claims. Seller warrants to Buyer that for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment of the parts, such parts will be free from material defects and craftmanship.
